Carton dispatch and apparel returns
Minimum order
Every style is sold as a wholesale lot. The floor is 5 pieces per size and color. You may mix sizes inside one style. Mixed-color cartons can be arranged on WhatsApp before checkout.
Dispatch
Paid lots are normally packed in 3–7 business days. Tracking is emailed when the carton leaves. Large restock orders may need extra packing time, which we confirm before the parcel ships.
Apparel wholesale returns
Unworn, unwashed garments that are still in original polybags, with hangtags attached, and packed in the original carton may be returned within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept:
- garments that have been tried on beyond a hanger check, steamed, washed, or had tags removed;
- broken size runs returned as odd leftover sizes after a sell-through;
- printed, washed or seasonal lots marked as final sale on the product page;
- returns under 5 pieces unless the units are proven defective.
Open the carton on arrival. Photograph any packing damage, dye marks, broken zips or incorrect sizes within 7 days of delivery. Defective units are replaced or credited; they are not a reason to return the whole lot.
Return freight is paid by the buyer unless we packed the wrong style, size or color. Refunds are issued after the carton is inspected, usually within 10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
