What is the minimum order?
5 pieces per size and color. You can mix sizes inside one style. Single-piece retail orders are not available on this site.
Can I mix colors in one carton?
Yes, if each color still meets the 5-piece floor. Message WhatsApp +852 9171 0214 before checkout so we can pack a mixed carton.
Do you send samples?
Fit samples are billed at the wholesale unit price plus shipping. They do not count toward a later 5-piece lot unless agreed in writing.
How should I wash the garments?
Follow the wash handbook on each product page. In general: cold wash inside out, no bleach, low tumble or hang dry, cool iron.
What is the return window?
14 days for unworn, unwashed, tagged units in original packing. Defect claims need photos within 7 days. Read wholesale returns.
